M.P. TILSON ATTENDS CALEDON HOME SHOW

BOLTON, ON – David Tilson, Member of Parliament for Dufferin-Caledon, attended the Caledon Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Home Show this past weekend. The show ran from Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon at the Bolton arena. Mr. Tilson was on hand for the opening ceremonies and brought greetings from the federal government. Mr. Tilson congratulated the Chamber on its twentieth anniversary and recognized “the immense success the home show has each year and the fantastic attention it continues to draw to Bolton. I am always pleased to be here to participate in such a well-organized event by one of our community’s leading organizations.”

Mr. Tilson greeted and spoke with constituents throughout the weekend at his booth. Many inquired about the newly-introduced Federal Accountability Act (FAA) and expressed their continued support for the impending legislation and hopes for it to be passed quickly in the House of Commons.

Mr. Tilson was also on hand for the Chamber’s “Pancake Flip-Off” on the rainy Sunday morning. He was joined by Harold Robbins from Canadian Tire Bolton, Region of Peel School Board Trustee, Valerie Arnold Judge, Mayor Marolyn Morrison, as well as other Chamber members.
