David visits Caledon Meals on Wheels

On March 26, 2019, David visited Caledon Meals on Wheels to learn more about their many programs and services, including the Friendly Visiting Program, which can either be a visit with a volunteer to connect socially; engaging in a simple, progressive exercise program with a volunteer; or enjoying lunch with a volunteer on a weekly basis. After learning more about these wonderful programs, David then had the opportunity to deliver lunches to several Bolton residents.
