David Attends the Transitions Program Graduation Ceremony

On June 27, 2018, David attended the Transitions Program graduation ceremony. This exceptional 24-week employment program, hosted by Caledon Community Services (CCS), provides participants living with permanent physical, mental health, or developmental disabilities with employability skills workshops with a focus on addressing disability issues, resume development, interview preparation, and health and safety, as well as two 12-week employment opportunities. The goal of the Transitions Program is to lead participants to long-term, meaningful, permanent employment after completing the program.
