Tilson visits the new Terra Nova Public House

TERRA NOVA, ON - David Tilson, Member of Parliament for Dufferin-Caledon, had the pleasure recently of visiting and enjoying lunch at the newly established Terra Nova Public House.

Owners, Anna Alonso and Troy Gallimore, opened this new fully licensed pub/country style restaurant late in the summer and are enjoying their new establishment in the heart of Mulmur. Mr. Tilson presented them with a congratulatory certificate saying, “I welcome this establishment to the riding and I am confident with this high quality menu, they will be most successful.”

Troy & Anna said it was a pleasure to meet Mr. Tilson and to show him the newly renovated dining room that was once part of a century-old building that for many years served as the local general store.

Anna and Troy wanted to create an intimate restaurant where all locals and visitors feel welcome. “Our goal is to serve a high quality menu created from local and fresh ingredients in a beautiful country setting, “said Anna.
