Tilson hosts 8th annual seniors information expo with Caledon seniors’ centre in Bolton

BOLTON, Ontario – David Tilson, Member of Parliament for Dufferin-Caledon, hosted his annual Seniors Information Expo together with the Caledon Seniors’ Centre on Friday, November 30th at the Centre’s Bolton location.
Members of the Caledon Seniors’ Centre, as well as members of Caledon’s senior community, joined Mr. Tilson in participating in presentations on topics of interest to local seniors including: safely combining Natural Health Products (NHP) and medications; nutrition for seniors; energy conservation for seniors; as well as physical activity guidelines for older adults. Special guest speakers included representatives from Natural Balance – Naturopathic Family Healthcare; Health First Wellness Centre; Hydro One Networks; and Caledon Meals on Wheels. A lunch was served following the event which was kindly provided by the Egan Funeral Home - Bolton.
Mr. Tilson acted as the emcee for the event and expressed his gratitude to the presenters, “On behalf of the Caledon Seniors’ Centre and the participants in today’s Expo, thank you to all of the fantastic presenters for their comprehensive and most informative presentations today.
