Tilson blasts Canada Post President
December 12, 2006

PARLIAMENT HILL – Member of Parliament, David Tilson met yesterday with Moya Greene, President and CEO of Canada Post and demanded that Rural Postal Delivery be restored to the Town of Caledon. He informed her that it was totally unacceptable that residents from over 12 Caledon roads have received notices that their roads were unsafe and that they may have to use community mail boxes. This suggestion by Canada Post together with poor service caused Tilson to state, “that if Canada Post cannot provide quality service under the mail delivery monopoly it has then Canada Post should be dismantled and privatized”.
