Anniversary and Birthday Scrolls
Wedding Anniversaries
Couples Celebrating 40th, 50th, 60th + Wedding Anniversaries can
receive commemorative scrolls from the Province of Ontario. Her
Majesty the Queen sends scrolls to couples celebrating 60th, 65th and
70th + wedding anniversaries. Her Excellency, The Governor General
sends messages to Canadian celebrating their 50th, 55th and 60 +
wedding anniversaries.
Birthdays
Commemorative messages can be sent to people celebrating their 80th
and subsequent birthdays from the Premier of Ontario and David Tilson,
MPP.
The Queen sends birthday messages for 100+ birthdays
Her excellence, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario sends messages for
those celebrating birthdays of 80th, 85th and 90+.

Legislative Page Program
Students from Dufferin-Peel-Wellington-Grey are invited to apply to become
a Legislative Page.
This position offers a unique educational experience for students to
experience the provincial government first hand.
Duties
Legislative pages perform various tasks within the House for the M.P.P.s
by delivering messages, insuring information is updated on Member's desks
and offices.
Requirements
- Grade 7 or 8 student
- Minimum grade average of 80 per cent
- Available accommodation in Toronto for the term
- Consent of applicant's principal
