BOLTON, ON – On Friday, May 11th, four students from King’s College School, in Caledon, hosted a one-day leadership conference, “Super Learning, Super Fun: Take the L.E.A.D. Leadership Conference,” at the school’s location on the Gore Road. The student-led conference invited community leaders to speak on their experiences in leadership, who included Town of Caledon Mayor, Marolyn Morrison and M.P. David Tilson.

Mr. Tilson spoke about his experiences in school, law, and politics and how those experiences shaped his life and many roles in leadership. Following his presentation, Mr. Tilson received questions from the student body on his experiences in leadership. When asked about his thoughts on the conference, Mr. Tilson had the following to say, “The students of King’s College did a fantastic job of organizing this unique conference. It is my hope that I was able share something valuable with each student that will help them be the best leaders they can be in school, their careers, and in the community.”
