M.P. TILSON CONGRATULATES VOLUNTEERS

BOLTON, ON – David Tilson, Member of Parliament for Dufferin-Caledon, participated in the Caledon Seniors’ Centre annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon, which was held on Friday, April 27th, at the Caledon Seniors’ Centre, in Bolton.
The Luncheon honoured the Centre’s many volunteers, who contribute their time and energy to ensure the success of the Centre’s many activities and programs. Mr. Tilson brought greetings from the Federal Government and presented certificates to almost eighty volunteers. Mr. Tilson was on hand to comment on the luncheon, “This is International Volunteer Appreciation Week, so it’s an ideal time to recognize the many outstanding volunteers we have in Dufferin-Caledon, and here at the Caledon Seniors’ Centre. The Centre depends on the tremendous dedication and support of its volunteers. I commend the volunteers for their desire and commitment to make a difference in our community by giving their time and valuable skills to this tremendous organization.” |
